INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 cup (packed) cilantro leaves with tender stems
- 1–2 medium poblanos, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup avocado mayo
- 2 Fracalossi Mandarins
- Zested and juiced
- 1 ½ tsps. garlic powder
- ⅓ c. extra-virgin olive or avocado oil
- 3/4 tsps. kosher salt
- ¼ tsps. ground pepper
- Pinch of cayenne (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and serve on protein of choice, tacos, grain salads, eggs, etc.
